Cyber ​​security; It is the practice of protecting computers, networks, software applications, critical systems, and data from potential digital threats. Organizations have a responsibility to secure data to maintain customer trust and meet regulatory compliance.

Information security is to prevent unauthorized or unauthorized access, use, modification, disclosure, destruction, alteration and damage to information. It consists of three basic elements called Confidentiality, Integrity and Accessibility.

Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. The processing of personal data is possible in the presence of at least one of the situations listed in Article 5 of the Law.

Pursuant to this provision, the purpose is to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, especially the privacy of private life, in the processing of personal data, and to regulate the obligations of natural and legal persons who process personal data, and the procedures and principles to be followed.
